نظرًا لظروف طارئة، لابد من توجيه هذا العمود من العدد الدوري لمقالات “المجتمع المدني من المستفيد؟” إلى جميع المهتمين، لتكون مناشدة عاجلة تسلّط الضوء على واقع السودانيين اللاجئين في معسكر كرياندقو بدولة أوغندا، حيث تعاني الأسر السودانية معاناة حقيقية بسبب انقطاع الدعم الخارجي لظروف بالغة التعقيد، يستحيل على اللاجئين أنفسهم معالجتها.
وحسب الإحصائيات المؤكدة من الجهات المعنية، سُجّلت حالات وفاة بسبب الجوع، إضافة إلى حالات مؤكدة من سوء التغذية ظهرت على عشرات الأشخاص الذين لجأوا لتلقي الدعم الطبي
لذا، أتقدّم بهذه المناشدة العاجلة إلى جميع الفاعلين في منظمات المجتمع المدني المحلية والعالمية، وأخص بالذكر صندوق دعم السودان (SHF)، الذي يدعم غرف طوارئ السودان عبر وكالات أممية ومنظمات أجنبية أخرى، للعمل على إدراج معسكرات اللاجئين السودانيين في الخارج ضمن المستحقين للدعم المباشر.
كما أناشد القائمين على إدارة المعسكرات بضرورة تكوين أو تسمية (غرف طوارئ السودان بالخارج) لتلقي العون، وتشكيل لجان تنسيقية تتولى إدارة المطابخ المُعدّة سلفًا داخل المربعات السكنية (الكلسترات)، والبالغ عددها (15) مطبخًا، مقابل (8,800) فرد يعتمدون بشكل مباشر على وجبة واحدة تُوزّع يوميًا، دون احتساب الأسر المتعففة.
إن التدخل العاجل لدعم هذه المطابخ بعد انقطاع التمويل الخارجي لأكثر من خمسة أشهر متتالية، أصبح ضرورة قصوى لتدارك ما ستؤول إليه الأوضاع في المستقبل القريب إذا استمر الخطر على هذا النحو.

(Urgent Appeal)
Due to urgent circumstances, this column in the Civil Society — Who Benefits? series must be directed to all concerned stakeholders as an urgent appeal, shedding light on the dire situation of Sudanese refugees in Kiryandongo Camp in Uganda.
Sudanese families there are facing severe hardship as a result of the suspension of external aid due to complex conditions that refugees themselves are unable to address.
According to verified statistics from relevant authorities, cases of death caused by hunger have been recorded, in addition to confirmed cases of malnutrition observed among dozens of individuals who sought medical assistance.
Therefore, I issue this urgent appeal to all actors within local and international civil society organizations — particularly to the Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SHF), which supports Sudan Emergency Rooms through UN agencies and other international organizations — to work toward including Sudanese refugee camps abroad among the beneficiaries of direct humanitarian support.
I also call upon those managing the refugee camps to establish or designate “Sudan Emergency Rooms Abroad” to receive aid and to form coordinating committees responsible for managing the pre-established community kitchens within the residential blocks (clusters) — a total of 15 kitchens serving approximately 8,800 individuals who rely primarily on a single daily meal, not counting families who refrain from seeking assistance.
The urgent resumption of support to these kitchens — after the suspension of external funding for more than five consecutive months — has become a critical necessity to prevent the situation from deteriorating further in the near future.
